“I am a marketing professional in the fields of fashion and technology. I quickly moved through the ranks to an executive position, which was my goal. I should have been elated, but I could not figure out why I didn’t feel the satisfaction I thought I would. I loved working with my staff, the global travel, engaging and inspiring clients to buy, and the creative nature of my job. But something was still missing.
This went on for several years, until I met Jean.
Jean took me through the WorkStyle Patterns Inventory and helped me realize that my Promoter WorkStyle is perfectly aligned with marketing management. I could not have been in a better role.
Then Jean helped me realize that my WorkStyle is all about managing with facts and data. In other words, I naturally need data to create and promote robust and creative marketing strategies. The second she started saying this I knew this was my truth. Since I can remember, I have always loved using data to make plans and promote them to others.

Even though my company was an industry leader, they lacked the internal metrics, measurement technologies, and accountabilities that would allow me to leverage my greatest strengths to drive the business outcomes I knew were possible.
This had always been a frustration, but I never realized just how critical this was to my job happiness.
As a result of these powerful insights, I left my organization and am now seeking an opportunity that will allow me to bring my Promoter Workstyle to the table. I also now have complete confidence in my abilities, and a new language to fully articulate my strengths and what I have to offer.
